  • Obtain detailed job requirements and person specification
Sourcing
  • Undertake candidate research and create primary target list
  • Confidentially approach candidates in line with non-solicitation policy
  • Manage advertisement of role
  • Qualify candidates against specification
Candidate Assessment
  • Face-to-face registration
  • Competency based interviews
  • Prepare and submit candidate shortlists with supporting detailed review
Selection
  • Work closely with client to progress selected candidates through the internal interview process
  • Provide psychometric testing, DBS check and reference checks if required
Offer & Acceptance
  • Management of full offer process
  • Pre-employment briefing
  • Ongoing communication throughout probationary period with client and candidate
